AbstractThis research mainly discusses Liu-Pei-Zhong and Kun-Lun Xian-Zong.It tries to reconstruct the experience of Liu-Pei-Zhong during hislifetime and explore the origin,development and the succession of theteachings of Kun-Lun Xian-Zong and the practice and skills of long lifeand maintaining good health.Through the study to understand the uniqueskills of Kun-Lun Xian-Zong,we have gained a new perspective onmodern day athletics.Liu-Pei-Zhong 1883~1975 was extremely intelligent in hischildhood.He was blessed by Tao-Zu when he was six.Being an infantprodigy he was invited to Quing Dynasty's Palace at age 9.Tao-Zu,whoworked in the Quing-Tian-Jian Department Of Government,taught himastronomy,and science,all the while instructing him in Taoist skills insecret.Liu-Pei-Zhong,having realized the secret of heaven,earth andhuman mortality,followed Tao-Zu to Mount Kun-Lun for three years,andthen returned to use his skills to help the society.In 1949he came toTaiwan and began to expand the Tao of Xian-Zong.By including theknowledge of modern medicine,biology,electronics and astronomy,hewould continue to explain the truths of heaven,earth and human beings
